Plant Information
Plant Care
The Pimoko Dwarf Serbian Spruce is remarkably low-maintenance and disease-resistant. Water regularly during the first growing season to establish a deep root system. Once established, it becomes drought tolerant. Apply a layer of mulch around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Fertilize in early spring with a slow-release evergreen fertilizer.
Planting Instructions
Plant in spring or fall for best results. Dig a hole twice the width of the root ball and at the same depth. Remove the container and gently loosen the roots. Place the plant in the hole, ensuring it sits at the same level as it did in the container. Backfill with soil, water thoroughly, and apply a 2-3 inch layer of mulch, keeping it away from the trunk.
