Apply a balanced fertilizer in early spring and mid-summer. Remove any yellowed or damaged leaves to maintain appearance. Mulch around the plant to retain moisture and suppress weed growth. Watch for slugs and snails, which can damage foliage.
Planting Instructions
Choose a shaded location with well-draining soil. Dig a hole twice the width of the root ball and as deep as the container. Mix organic matter into the native soil if needed. Remove the plant from its container and gently loosen the roots. Place in the hole at the same depth it was growing in the container. Backfill with soil, firm gently, and water thoroughly.
