The feathery, fern-like foliage emerges bright green in spring, maintains its beauty throughout summer, and turns a gorgeous bronze-orange before dropping in late fall.
Plant Information
Plant Care
Miss Grace Dawn Redwood thrives with consistent moisture and benefits from regular watering, especially during establishment. Apply a layer of mulch around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds. While generally low-maintenance, light pruning in late winter can help maintain desired shape and remove any damaged branches. Fertilize in early spring with a balanced, slow-release fertilizer to promote healthy growth.
Planting Instructions
Select a location with adequate space for mature growth and well-draining soil. Dig a hole twice the width of the root ball and equal in depth. Remove the plant from its container and gently loosen the roots. Place in the hole, ensuring the top of the root ball is level with or slightly above the soil surface. Backfill with original soil, water thoroughly, and apply a 2-3 inch layer of mulch, keeping it away from the trunk.
