Plant Care
Champagne Coral Bells are relatively low-maintenance plants that thrive with minimal attention. Remove any damaged or dead foliage in early spring to promote healthy growth. During the growing season, maintain consistent moisture but avoid overwatering. Apply a balanced, slow-release fertilizer in spring when new growth appears. In late fall, trim back spent flower stalks and clean up any fallen leaves to prevent disease.
Planting Instructions
Choose a location with partial to full shade and well-draining soil. Dig a hole twice the width of the root ball and at the same depth. Remove the plant from its container and gently loosen the roots. Place the plant in the hole, ensuring the crown is level with the soil surface. Fill in with soil, firmly pressing to remove air pockets. Water thoroughly after planting and apply a 2-inch layer of mulch around the base, keeping it away from the crown to prevent rot. Space multiple plants 18-24 inches apart for optimal growth.
