Plant Care
Blazing Star is remarkably low-maintenance once established. During the first growing season, water regularly to establish a deep root system. Planting Instructions
Plant Blazing Star in spring or early fall, spacing plants 12-18 inches apart. Dig holes twice as wide as the root ball and at the same depth. Position the crown at soil level and backfill with soil, firming gently to eliminate air pockets. Water thoroughly after planting and apply a layer of mulch to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Avoid covering the crown with mulch to prevent rot.
