Greenhouse to Garden Refund Policy
Greenhouse to Garden prides itself on customer service and the best quality plants within the Greater Toronto Area. Below you will find important information regarding our refund policy as well as planting instructions to ensure that your plants thrive all season long.
When ordering your vegetable plants, flowers, or hanging baskets online, please ensure that you select your items carefully. Once an order is confirmed and marked with your information we will be unable to refund the products unless the quality of the product has been compromised and there are no appropriate substitutions.
Note: Once an order is received, Greenhouse to Garden offers a 24 hour grace period to cancel the order for a 100% refund.
Greenhouse to Garden will not accept the return of damaged products or products that have not been properly cared for by the customer (i.e improper watering, pest damage, environmental damage etc.). In cases where the products were damaged during our delivery, Greenhouse to Garden will replace the item or provide a refund.
