Can we come to the Garden Centre?Greenhouse to Garden
Our Garden Centre located in Vaughan is open to the public. However, this year due to COVID-19 we have elected to close the Garden Centre. We are still operating and will be providing flower, vegetable, and planter arrangement delivery services, as well as pick-up services. Please feel free to contact us for additional information.

Yes we do. Greenhouse to Garden offers delivery on all of our products. Once an order is received, one of our team members will reach out to you to schedule a delivery time.
Do you offer flower services for commercial establishments or restaurant patios?Greenhouse to Garden

How much does plant delivery cost?Greenhouse to Garden
At Greenhouse to Garden we offer delivery on all of our products across the GTA. Our standard doorstep delivery fee starts at $29.99 and may increase depending on your location. FREE delivery is also available on larger orders. To confirm if a delivery fee is applicable to your order please feel free to contact us by phone or email, or navigate to your CART/CHECKOUT page. Here you will be provided the opportunity to confirm the delivery address, and at this time a delivery fee will be calculated (if applicable).
What is your refund policy?Greenhouse to Garden
When ordering your vegetable plants, flowers, or hanging baskets online, please ensure that you select your items carefully. Once an order is confirmed and marked with your information we will be unable to refund the products unless the quality of the product has been compromised and there are no appropriate substitutions.
Note: Once an order is received, Greenhouse to Garden offers a 24 hour grace period to cancel the order for a 100% refund.
Greenhouse to Garden will not accept the return of damaged products or products that have not been properly cared for by the customer (i.e improper watering, pest damage, environmental damage etc.). In cases where the products were damaged during our delivery, Greenhouse to Garden will replace the item or provide a refund.
When will you deliver my flower order?Greenhouse to Garden
All orders placed through the Greenhouse to Garden Online Garden Centre website will be fulfilled within approximately 72 hours. Our first round of orders will begin starting the first week of May, once the last frost has passed and it is safe for you to begin planting!
