How long will it take to receive my order?

At our garden center in Vaughan, online orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. However, delivery times may vary based on location and product availability and seasonal demand.

Generally, orders will begin shipping once the LAST FROST has passed. This will ensure your plants are hardened off and ready to be outside without freezing or wilting. This is usually around the second and third week of MAY. A general rule of thumb is to hold off on planting until the May 24 long weekend. 

Where can I pick-up my order?

Greenhouse to Garden offers free pick-up from our Vaughan greenhouse as well as truck delivery within the Greater Toronto Area. The information below applies to our pick-up and delivery services.

Local Pick-up (Vaughan Garden Centre)

  • Pick-ups will begin during mid-May, once the last frost has passed, and it is safe for your plants to be outdoors. If you plant before the last frost, you will risk critically damaging your plants.
  • Customers who have chosen to pick up their plants will be notified by email or phone, and will be provided with a 72 hour pick-up period.
  • We would kindly ask that you contact Greenhouse to Garden at 289-688-3437 (phone or text) advising which day and time you will be available for picking up your order. This will allow our team to prepare your order and limit any delays.

 

 

Truck Delivery Service (Paid Service)

 

 

  • Customers who have paid for door step delivery will be notified within 24 hours of the delivery.
  • Deliveries will begin during mid-May, once the last frost has passed, and it is safe for your plants to be outdoors. If you plant before the last frost, you will risk critically damaging your plants.
  • If you have any special instructions regarding delivery, please feel free to reach out to us as soon as possible. If there are no special instructions, your order will be placed at the front doorstep or any other safe/suitable area on your property.
What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the quantity of the items and the delivery location. We strive to offer competitive rates for our customers. Shipping rates typically range from $19.99 to 69.99$. Please proceed to checkout to confirm shipping rates. 

What happens if my package is damaged during shipping?

In the rare event of shipping damage, please contact our customer service immediately. We'll assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction.

Can I return items?

When ordering your vegetable plants, flowers, or hanging baskets online, please ensure that you select your items carefully. Once an order is confirmed and marked with your information we will be unable to refund the products unless the quality of the product has been compromised and there are no appropriate substitutions.

Note: Once an order is received, Greenhouse to Garden offers a 24 hour grace period to cancel the order for a 100% refund.

Greenhouse to Garden will not accept the return of damaged products or products that have not been properly cared for by the customer (i.e improper watering, pest damage, environmental damage etc.). In cases where the products were damaged during our delivery, Greenhouse to Garden will replace the item or provide a refund.

Can I get more details about a specific plant or product?

Absolutely! Our website provides comprehensive details about each plant and product, including care instructions, sizes available, and more.

How do I care for the plants once they arrive?

Upon arrival, follow the care instructions provided on our website or included with your order. We also offer gardening advice for specific plants, so dont hesitate to contact one of our amazing staff members! We are always happy to talk about plants, and we only wish the best for you and your plants. 

How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple and can be done through our secure website. Browse our selection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations may be possible within a limited timeframe. Contact our customer service for assistance. Our typical modification period is 24 hours. 

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

Yes, we offer competitive pricing for bulk orders. In addition to general public retail, Greenhouse to Garden also provides plants and other greenery, including but not limited to pots, hanging baskets, and planters to restaurants, offices, and other commercial/retail establishments. Contact us directly for more information on wholesale discounts.

Are all the items listed on your website in stock?

We aim to keep our website updated with accurate stock information. However, occasional discrepancies may occur due to high demand.

Can I pre-order items that are out of stock?

Yes, we do offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items. We regularly restock popular items, but availability can vary. You can sign up for notifications to be alerted when an item is back in stock.
